These Terms of Service govern your use of OVM Auto Sales online forms, appointment tools, communications, and related services. By using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Vehicle information and availability
Online vehicle descriptions, photos, mileage, equipment, availability, and prices are provided for general informational purposes and may change or contain errors. A vehicle is not reserved or sold solely because you submit an inquiry or schedule an appointment. Please confirm material details directly with OVM Auto before relying on them.
No online purchase agreement
A form submission, message, estimate, appointment, or discussion is not a binding offer, credit decision, purchase contract, financing agreement, warranty, or guarantee. Any vehicle sale, trade-in, financing, fees, taxes, title, registration, warranty, and delivery terms are governed by the final documents signed by the applicable parties. Those signed documents control if they conflict with these Terms.
Financing and trade-ins
Financing is subject to application, lender approval, identity verification, creditworthiness, vehicle eligibility, and final documents. No financing approval or rate is guaranteed. Trade-in values are estimates until the vehicle and ownership documents are inspected and verified. Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's-license images, bank credentials, or payment-card information through the general vehicle inquiry form.
Appointments and test drives
Appointments and test drives are subject to confirmation, vehicle availability, proof of a valid driver's license, age and insurance requirements, and dealership safety rules. OVM Auto may reschedule, limit, or decline a test drive when reasonably necessary.
Communications
By providing contact information, you authorize OVM Auto to respond about your inquiry through the channels you select or use. Transactional texts may concern your inquiry, appointment, test drive, financing discussion, or transaction. Marketing texts require separate consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Email [email protected] for additional assistance. SMS program: OVM Auto Sales (Orlando Value Motors) sends texts about vehicle inquiries, appointments, test drives, and your transaction to customers who opt in. Message frequency varies. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, impersonate another person, submit false or unlawful information, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or automate access without permission, or use the services in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Third-party services
Our forms, calendars, communications, advertising, vehicle-history, payment, and financing tools may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. OVM Auto is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Intellectual property
OVM Auto names, content, graphics, and service materials are owned by OVM Auto or its licensors and may not be copied, sold, or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the online services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties not expressly stated in a final signed vehicle transaction document. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OVM Auto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the online services. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to obligations stated in a final signed transaction document.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding concerning only these online services must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
